This side was originally the front of the Regency Theatre. The entrance was on the left corner. The first level was the lobby. The upper level housed district offices of the Plitt Theaters chain and the projection booth.

The back end of the Regency Theatre. The brick walls in the corner are original. The rest of the auditorium wall was made of large concrete slabs, which were removed during the remodel.

When the Regency Theatre was remodeled into an office building, the walkway from the auditorium exit was enclosed with glass. The area below the lobby was originally a storage area.
