Megaplex 15 at Valley Fair Mall Megaplex Theatres will open a new 15-screen theater at Valley Fair Mall by November 2012. Construction will begin after the holidays with the demolition of the vacant Mervyn's department store building. The 112,000-square-foot theater complex will feature 2,700 seats with reserved stadium seating, digital projection, D-BOX motions seats, an IMAX theater, a full-service food court, and a “Director’s Suite” reception hall. The theater is part of a $40-million remodeling project that will expand Valley Fair Mall to 120 tenants and more than a million square feet. |
