The Regency was an excellent house - big and spacious. I remember in the summer of 1975, the Regency opened up what to begin, the "summer blockbuster movies" - which was "JAWS".
In the fall of '82, I had the opportunity to see Disney's "TRON" in 70mm - a delight to see that film on that huge screen..
the Regency was a unique theatre in itself - situated up there on the hill off of Foothill BLVD with the scenery to see the entire SLC valley. Some more memories to share.
