The Provo Theatre Company is a non-profit, semi-professional regional theater which was formed in 1986.  Initially the PTC used auditoriums at Tempview High School and Provo High School, and the DeJong Concert Hall at Brigham Young University.  In 2003, the company acquired and restored the former First Church of Christ Scientist, which was built in 1926.  The theater has 140 seats in an intimate setting, with a standard proscenium stage, dressing rooms, and a box office.[1][2]
