The Prospector Square Theatre is an adaptable meeting facility in the Prospector Square Lodge & Conference Center. Each January, the Prospector Theatre hosts screenings for the Sundance Film Festival. The seating area has tiers and can accommodate up to 350. The theater offers a complete projection room, with a 20' x 15' screen. The stage measures fifty feet by twenty.^[1]

In addition to hosting special events, the Prospector Square Lodge & Conference Center offers condominium rentals and hotel accommodations. The lodge has a seasonal outdoor pool and a year-round outdoor hot tub.^[2]
