The Kamas Theater is an old-time independent movie theater located in the small town of Kamas, 15 miles east of Park City. New seats were installed in 2003 and a new 11-speaker surround sound system in 2007.

Neon above the theater entrance
holds the name of the theater. "Megaplex" appears
at the bottom, with the number 12 above it. "The
Gateway" is written in vertical letters along the side
of the tower.

The Megaplex 12 at the Gateway has
a circular entrance with four sets of doors. The theater
entrance is in a large plaza on the second level of
the Gateway shopping center.
