Popular Couple Married Saturday

Friends and relatives of Miss Fern Henrie and Rees Haycock were happily surprised when the young couple returned from Richfield the latter part of last week and announced their marriage. They were secretly married in Richfield Saturday.
Mrs. Haycock is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Henrie and was born and reared in Panguitch. She attended local schools and was a graduate from the Garfield high with the class of '39. Sincethat time she spent four months as a student in the Heneger Business college in Salt Lake City and has been employed by the Daly Variety store here for some time.
H. Rees Haycock is the son of George Haycock of Nephi and attended schools in that city in younger life. He has been managing theaters for Claude Hawk during the past year or more and has been manager of the Gem theater here for the past several months. He came here from Cedar City, where he had managed theaters for some time.
Both are well and popularly known in the community and have many friends who will wish them happiness and success in their married life.
