Thorley Theatre Opens Sunday with New Program

All new equipment has been installed in the Thorley Theatre on Main Street and the big opening program is scheduled for Sunday, December 20, according to the announcement in this issue of the Record.

Melvin Thorley is in charge of the theatre and promises theatre-goers the best money can buy in sound pictures.  The new equipment consists of Western Electric machines and the latest sound screen.  This screen is much larger than the old one.  Western Electric equipment is the best that can be had and with this installation gives Cedar City two of the best sound theatres in the state.
