Michele Reaches 5; Free Movie Slated for 600

About 600 children will be happy Saturday that 5-year-old Michele Siouris had a birthday anniversary this week because it means free admittance to the Apollo theater, cake and refreshments.

The birthday party is an annual affair given by Mr. and Mrs. Michael A. Siouris, her parents and owners of the theater, 3605 S. State.

The event is scheduled Saturday at 3 p.m. Rather than on Michele's birthdate, Sept. 7, because Michele wants to be sure youngsters in the neighborhood will not be tied to school books when the party starts.

The Siouris family resides at 3579 S. State.
