Motel Transaction Named 'Sale of Week'

The 12-unit Frontier Motel, 3579 S. State, and a 6-room house at 943 Lowell Ave., Salt Lake City, have been sold by Mrs. Alice Siouris to Mr. and Mrs. Ted Russell in a $102,500 transaction.

Mrs. La Vere Coombs, Coombs Realty Co., handled the deal, termed “sale of the week” for the period ended Friday by Manford A. Shaw, chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee, Salt Lake Real Estate Board.

Six of the 12 units in the motel are double bedrooms. Four have kitchens.

The motel was sold for $90,000 while the Lowell Ave. home was taken in for $12,500 part payment, making the total transaction $102,500.

Alder-Wallace Co. listed the motel.
