Articles of incorporation of the Alhambra Theatrical company have been filed with the county clerk. The company has a capital stock of $10,000. The incorporators are James L. Trent, W. J. Critschlow, John Critchlow, B. P. Critchlow, D. A. Critchclow, George H. Wilsen, James G. Ballanlyne and T. W. Ewing. The [Bie?] of the corporation is designated as [ofly?] years, the object of the company being to conduct a theater in Ogden. The first officers are: Jas. T. Trent, president; George H. Wilson, vice president; W. J. Critchclow, secretary; R. F. Critchclow, treasurer. The officers of the company, together with T. W. Ewics, form the directorate.
The company is erecting a modern electric theater on Washington avenue, immediately south of the Reed hotel, which will cost about $3,000, and will be ready for occupancy December 1st of this year. Mesers. Trent and Wilson will have in hand the management of the new house.
