Cozy Theatre to Pass Out
Ogden Standard Examiner, 14 May 1925, page 8
Remodeling of the ground floor of the Cozy theatre building on Washington avenue into a modern store is to begin next week following the removal of the theatre equipment, according to an announcement made today by A. M. Miller, proprieter of the Washington market, who also owns the theatre property. The theatre will be made vacant Monday.
The exact details of the remodeling work are now indefinite, Mr. Miller said, for they will depend upon the desires of a tenant who rents the property. However, he said, a modern store of some sort will be constructed.
Within a short time, Mr. Miller said, he planned to remodel the upper floors of the Washington market building and the theatre building into modern offices. This work will be completed this summer, if possible.
