[Steps to Minimize Risk of COVID-19]

We are reaching out to address the evolving global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis and how it might affect your visit to The Reel Theatre. Even though there have been no reported cases in our local communities yet, being a family-owned and locally-based company there is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and employees and preparing ourselves for the future. Although the current risk level remains low, we are committed to the health and safety of our guests and have therefore taken additional steps to enhance health and sanitation measures. We would like to share some steps that we are taking to do our part and to minimize the risk and keep the confidence of our customers.

• Extra care and time are spent in the cleaning and sterilization of all public surfaces, using a high-grade commercial sanitizer. This includes all of the normal traffic flow areas, countertops, self serve areas and restrooms. In addition to these areas, we are specifically sanitizing the seat tables, the push buttons on all electric recliners, the cup holders on all seats and the handrails. Furthermore, all push/pull door & faucet handles will be sanitized hourly at a minimum.
• All employees are required to wash their hands in excess of the requirements set by the local Board of Health, before entering the concession area and handling and serving food items.
• Employees who have symptoms of acute respiratory illness are required to stay home and not come to work until they are free of fever, signs of a fever, and any other symptoms for at least 24 hours. Employees are required to report symptoms and will immediately be sent home if they become sick during their shift.
• More hand sanitizer dispensers are available in all theaters areas for both employees and customers to use.
