Keeping Our Community & Audiences Safe

(Theater), 2 May 2020

Dear Patrons,

We have truly enjoyed providing quality, live theatre for our community for over 25 years.  Recently the entire world has been turned upside down by COVID-19 and like many other organizations, BTTP has chosen to suspend our operations and performances for the safety of our actors, our audiences and our community.  When our Federal and State Government tells us we can open again, we will ready to be back in the spotlight!

We know that many of you have had questions about our season schedule. Hopefully we can answer some of those questions here. In the meantime, please tune into our Facebook and Instagram pages for the latest information and for some fun. We thank you for your patience and support during this time. We look forward to being back onstage with you soon!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

How is BTTP responding to COVID-19?

We are following each development closely and taking each of the recommended precautions immediately to ensure the safety and health of our actors, audiences and community. This includes suspending all performances, practices and auditions until further notice.

How will patrons reschedule their shows?

We haven't cancelled any shows as of yet so please hold onto your tickets until we are able to schedule new performance dates. Once we have a clear understanding of when we are able to be back up and running, we will reevaluate our production schedule and a BTTP representative will contact you to reschedule your shows or provide you with a refund. You may also request your current ticket be converted to a gift certificate for use during any other show in the season.

How can patrons help during this time?

Several patrons have asked us how to help during this difficult time. One way is to donate to the theater to help us make up for lost revenue during our closure. These donated funds will be reinvested directly back into the season to bring you amazing productions in the future. To discover the various ways that you can give back, visit our Donate Page.

When do you plan to reopen?

As soon as regulations allow. We can't wait for everyone to be able to get out again and see a show! Please visit this website often to stay updated on our new show dates!
