McIff Able To Be Out
Garfield County News, 18 October 1929, page 1
We are mighty glad to notice that Otto McIff is able to be out on crutches, taking care of the advertising of the Hub theatre. At one time the people of this city thought that Mac was done for, as the accident he met with was very serious, and very few thought he would survive without at least losing one of his limbs, so we are glad to see him out again under nearly any condition, and he can thank his stars that he is able to take care of his business and make a living for his family, although he does have to wear crutches. You are worth a hundred dead men, Mac, and we wish you all the luck in the world.
