Hub Theatre Under New Management

The Hub Theatre, formerly under the management of Earl Whittaker of Circleville changed hands recently. Millard Hatch and C. Hawks having taken it over. Mr. Hawks is representative of Columbia Pictures Corp. and also controls a chain of theatres throughout Utah and Nevada.
There will be an entire new policy in the operation of the local Theatre. Commencing Thursday, May 3, and continuing through Friday and Saturday and each week thereafter will show excellent feature picture, also a serial cartoon and comedy. On Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays another fine feature with News Reel cartoon and comedy. Mondays and Tuesdays of each week will be Family Nights. "Pa, Ma and the kids, all for 50 cents. Admission for children will be 10 cents any time.
It will be the aim of the management to select only the finest and newest pictures possible, and to this end installation of the very best and most expensive sound equipment has already been arranged for. The building will undergo immediate renovating and remodeling for sound effects, and will be known as the Gem Theatre.
There will also be lucky selections drawn twice each week entitling one entire family to the show free of charge. - Adv
