The Crystal Theater was open in 1912.^[1]

In February 1912, the Crystal Theater showed the travelogue, Seven Years in the Arctic With My Camera, and moving pictures made in Utah, including the funeral of John Henry Smith, who was a member of the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.^[2]
