A two-story building of decorative cinderblock is set back from the curb. A single story area juts out on the right, mostly out of the photo. Along the top of the building are signs for Westside Studio and Spotlight Bodyworks. - , Utah
Westside Studio and Spotlight Bodywear have taken over the Flood Street Theaters, but the front facade has changed little.

The front facade of the former Flood Street Theaters building.  The single door in the middle was the original theater entrance, but now belongs to Spotlight Bodyworks.  Double doors on the right are for Westside Studio.

The entrance doors for Westside Studio were originally exits for the theater.  The label overhead, "WS Studio 1 2 3 & 4" indicate the auditoriums are still present.

On the left edge of the front facade is a set of double doors labeled for Westside Studio Performing Arts Preschool.  Midway along an alley on the left exterior wall is an exit door with two steps down.  Another exit door is at the end of the alley.
