Little Brown Theatre
Springville, Utah
Bill and Marilyn Brown opened the original Little Brown Theatre in 1998, across the street from their Villa Playhouse Theatre in Springville. Health problems forced the Browns to sell both theaters and the Little Brown closed in 2005. After a six year absence, the Little Brown Theatre reopened in a new location on 28 October 2011. The 50-seat black box theater uses minimal sets and the seating area is flexible to accommodate different shows.

The Old Barn Community Theatre was founded in 1998 by “a group of interested members of the community” who had a dream of opening “a theatre where families and friends could share wonderful entertainment in a wholesome and friendly environment.” The theater's mission is to provide “a volunteer based forum for citizens in the surrounding area to participate in creating and producing wholesome, high-quality entertainment through theatrical productions.”[1]
