Auditions for 'The Sound of Music'

Alpine Community Theater (ACT) sends out a call for AUDITIONS for Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music, “one of the world’s most beloved musicals!” The show features roles for children, teens, adults, and strong roles for a leading man and woman. Open auditions will be held Saturday, May 7, at the ACT Studio located at 1349 S, 500 E, Suite 202 in American Fork, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. ACT’s Show dates of The Sound of Music will be July 15-25, 2022. 

ACT continues in a tradition of excellence, camaraderie, and a family-friendly environment, “where everybody can get into the ACT”! There are opportunities for enthusiastic, energetic, community-minded volunteers to help: music directors, stage managers, stage crew, costume designers, seamstresses, sound and lighting specialists, choreographers, hair and make-up specialists, set builders, set artists, set dressers, secretaries, audition coordinators, rehearsal supervisors, ticketing, publicity, fundraising, and much more!
