Deseret News, 9 November 1974, page W5

A schedule of six pictures for the next three weeks at the Rialto Theater under its policy of any seat for 50 cents, anytime was announced today by Ed Doty, manager of Mann Theaters, which operates the Rialto.

The current combination of "Jeremiah Johnson" and "Big Jake" will be followed Nov. 20 by "Great American Cowboy," the Oscar-winning documentary produced by Utah Keith Merrill, and "Cougar Country," a Walt Disney outdoor adventure; Nov. 27 by "Where the Red Fern Grows," produced by Utahns, and "Jonathan Livingston Seagull," and Dec. 4 by the Walt Disney double bill of "Old Yeller" and "Incredible Journey."

Mr. Doty announced that the business at the Rialto since the 50-cent policy was instituted "has improved dramatically."
