Ice Cream Social to Kick Off Community Musical
Alpine Community Theater, 10 June 2013
Alpine Community Theater will hold its annual ice cream social to kick off the summer production of Peter Pan. Fly on over for foot-tapping entertainment, songs by cast members from the show, and all the ice cream and toppings you can eat for a dollar. Bring blankets or chairs and stay awhile. Everyone is invited.
The event will take place on Sat., June 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Legacy Park in Alpine, corner of Center and Main. This is the only time when discounted tickets will be available for Peter Pan, which runs on selected dates July 12 through July 22 at Timberline Middle School in Alpine.
Alpine Community Theater (ACT) was formed in 2003 by a team of enthusiastic Alpine residents after a successful summer production. By bringing communities together, ACT rallies the overwhelming local interest in musical theater, showcases talents of all ages, offers exceptional and uplifting family entertainment, and provides outstanding performance opportunities, “where everyone can get into the ACT.”
