The new Redstone development by The Boyer Co. at Kimball Junction is a 220,000-square-foot development that is expected to have more than 45 stores and restaurants, 30,000 square feet of office space, and 286 residential units.  "It also will house an eight-theater complex, total seating capacity 1,000, built by Rocky Mountain Cinemas."
