Looking across the area of the mezzanine that is open to the lobby below toward the northeast. This area was off limits to the tour. In the left and middle openings, you can see the marble railing along a staircase to the lobby. Out of the of the photo on the right is a powder room and restroom for women. On the landing at the bottom of the stairs to the balcony is a door leading to a 10 by 15 foot room located between the auditorium building and a parking garage just north of the theater. A missing sign just above the door once identified its purpose. An exit sign lies on the floor at the bottom of the three steps up to the landing. The door probably leads to a mens restroom.
