'Starts Tonight!' ad for 'Fantasia' at SCERA, 'The most sensational sound you'll ever see!' - , Utah
Walt Disney's Fantasia in "5 Track Digital Dolby Stereo."  The 1982 release of Fantasia featured an entirely new recording of the film's music, the first time a digital recording was used in a motion picture.  Although the source recording was digital, the soundtrack on the 35mm film was analogue and limited to four channels.
