In December 2008, the marquee was removed and layers of paint were removed from the façade, highlighting the depth of detail on the columns, cherubs, rosettes, and floral panels. Abstract Masonry Restoration spent ten days flushing out the crevices of all the sculpted surfaces so the patched and crumbling stucco will be ready for repair and replacement in the spring.
