'Featuring a new 'stadium' seating arrangement for 1300 persons, the Villa theater, under construction at 3050 Highland dr., is scheduled for an early opening. Finished in a modern motif in pastel shades, the theater will include a 20 by 26 foot screen.'

Looking through the store windows onto Highland Drive. The windows lean outward toward the top. Green carpet covers the floors. Art and craft items are on display.

The unfinished area between the lobby and the projection booth is filled with exposed ducts and pipes.  On the wall to the left are circuit breakers for neon on the "marquise" signs.  In the background on the lower right you can see the top side of the lobby's ceiling.
