The theatre has reopened again under the name Midvale Main Street Theatre offering a venue for performances such as the local affiliate of the School of Rock, and is the new home of the Guyz N Dollz Performing Arts Academy.

I used to work at the Gazebo (the Burke) Theatre from late 1975 to August of 1976 as a projectionist. Plenty of great memories of this quaint little theatre, plus the Vincent Drug across the street where I would get my evening dinners. the Birkenshaws were great people to work for - plenty of exciting memories in the short months that I worked there.
