I have it listed at $74,500. We do have a Main Street Program going and would love to see someone restore it back to Original Beauty, We still have the old Gem Theatre Sign, and even the Simplex Movie Projector. The walls are sturdy, but it needs a new roof and flooring. And the stairs still go up to the Balcony, but the Balcony is basically gone. It could be used for many different thing.
